HOW DO I HANG MY FIBER ART ?
All HILO fiber canvas do not require of special instructions since they are very simple to hang, just like you would hang a picture frame. When receiving your new piece you will also receive the necessary hardware to hang it.
I LOVE A PIECE THAT YOU SOLD! CAN YOU CREATE ONE EXACTLY LIKE THAT?
I would love to do the exact same piece for you but it will not be the same since human hands work in each design. Due to nature of this art form, each element on the fiber canvas is unique and therefore exact copies aren't possible to achieve.
I would be more than happy to work with you and do my best to give you a close fiber art to the one you love.
HOW TO CARE FOR MY FIBER ART?
When you receive your fiber art I strongly recommend not to use sharp objects to open the box and the paper protector that is wrapped up around it, to avoid any accident cutting the new piece.
After unpacking it, hold your tapestry by the panel and gently shake back and forth to allow any tangles to release. Comb and separate the strands with your fingers to untwist any tangles.
For long care of you fiber canvas once in a while remove the fiber canvas and gently shake side to side to release any dust particles. Any dust particles on the rod or frame may be wiped away with a clean dry cloth or swifter. Please do not use cleaning products or a damp cloth to clean your canvas, as dyes can start bleeding causing permanent damage to the piece.
